- High precision intelligence platform,equipped with two sets of high-precision recognition cameras, can quickly identify faulty components;
- Each insertion head adopts independent signal control, and through precise measurement and feedback of component weight and height, as well as differences in component feeding methods, the Z-axis acceleration is reasonably distributed to calmly respond to the torque generated by high-speed movement of the XY axis, ensuring the qualification rate of each insertion.
