Technical Features

• The X, Y, Z three-axis motion control system accurately realizes the selective dispensing process of various circuit boards, avoiding non-dispensing areas such as connectors. It can also accurately extend the dispensing to the corners of tall components on the circuit board, achieving repair or high-difficulty dispensing actions.
• Based on the material characteristics, corresponding high-precision dispensing valves and feeding systems can be selected. Flexible valve body combinations allow for automatic switching during motion operations, enabling multi-trajectory spraying such as linear spraying dispensing and curve dispensing, achieving high-density complex circuit board dispensing processes.
• The chain transmission track is treated with hardening to make the track wear-resistant; the chain is made of imported stainless steel to ensure long-term stable and reliable operation of the equipment. The chain speed can be controlled by software. The transmission track can also be equipped with multi-stage control to save time on material input and output transmission.
• The dispensing valve’s flow adjustment has an added precision scale, making the control of the amount of glue more precise.
• An air pressure alarm device is equipped, which automatically issues a sound and light alarm when the air pressure is too low, increasing the safety of the equipment.
• An intelligent speed adjustment transmission method is adopted (to increase transmission speed while reducing collisions between the product and the baffle, allowing for accurate positioning).
• It has a high-speed, highly reliable, and highly stable transmission and control system, with each axis motion mechanism composed of high-precision ball screws, rolling linear guides forming a linear module, and high-performance servo control.
• Equipped with a well-known brand, high-performance, large-capacity industrial control computer (máy tính) to achieve the stability and reliability of the control system.
• Simple operation interface, which is easy to learn, stable, and reliable. The software program has three programming modes: CAD graphic input automatic programming; data input automatic programming; keyboard handle remote control input of any trajectory automatic programming. The operation software reserves open ports for users to collect production information.
• Multiple optional functions, which can be flexibly added according to needs.
• Standard SMEMA interface, which can be flexibly connected with various types of equipment.

System Functions

The control system is developed based on the Windows 7 operating system, with an onboard computer (máy tính) that utilizes a high-end industrial control machine. The independently developed control system is stable and reliable, meeting production needs. It is mainly used for the dispensing process of components on PCBA and the sealing dispensing process of chip leads.

The software program features intelligent programming methods such as manual input of any trajectory for keyboard remote control, automatic programming with data input, which saves time and is convenient.
